The data is scaled based on the “Usage settings”.
Please note that the usage shown does not include any usage made independently of the current PC by the phone or device. For example, it does not include data connections made by the phone for its own applications or when used on another PC. Hence, it may not accurately reflect overall usage on the users account and correlate with their bill.
