With any software there are occasional problems and with an application that involves multiple phones and configurations the chances are that some users at some time will experience problems. Our aim with the Vodafone Mobile Connect Lite has been to reduce the likelihood of problems but due to the wide range of windows builds, device firmware and drivers we cannot guarantee we will succeed in every case.
